ISTANBUL Fifteen Syrian rebels have been killed and 35 wounded in clashes in the last 24 hours in Syria, where Turkey launched a major military incursion in support of the rebels in late August, the Turkish military said on Monday.
Separately, 13 Islamic State militants were killed in 11 air strikes in the latest operations, which are designed to push the hardline Islamists back from the Turkish border, the military statement said.
